The Surf Camp

You will be housed in our surf camp at the Nouvel Horizon Guest Center located in a wooded area of ​​4000 m2 900 meters from the ocean and 100m from the marine lake, in the heart of the Landes in the village of Vieux-Boucau.

Here everything is done by foot or by bike!

You can choose between accommodation in a shared room or in a single room with a private bathroom.

All our meals are cooked on site by our Chef and one or more barbecues will be offered during your stay.

Our quality catering is varied and we know how to adapt to sports diets!

Surf & Pleasure

Full board accommodation + 5x 1h30 surf lessons + bike rental.

You will benefit from 5x 1:30 hours of quality surf lessons supervised by qualified instructors who will adapt to all levels and enjoy 4000m² under the cork oaks of our Guest Center, its quality catering suitable for sports days.

Messanges Surf School wishes to help you organise a surf trip for your school groups or sports club…We wish to offer your group a surfing holiday-trip of the very highest quality: daily surf tuitions, full board accommodation in a holiday centre not far from the surf school, entertainments facilities. You will spend an unforgettable time with surfing and enjoying the ocean every day, explore the Gascony culture and party on summer events, walk and cycle in the heart of the Landes and a bit of lazing on the beach…

We have been working with several groups from the UK (ie PGL), France and Germany. We follow safe and secure operating procedures which meet both French and UK requirements in accordance with BSA Approved School scheme. Our team of surfing instructors aims at inspiring confidence and bringing success and enjoyment without compromising safety.

Beyond the sport, this is the discovery of the ocean and the sharing of a hobby that makes all the young dream … Watch our videos and you will see some seeds of surfers from the 4 corners of Europe contaminated by the virus slips …

The course begins with an aquatic fluency test, main safety rules and basic advice. There is also personalized and thorough explanations on technical and autonomy in the water, seamanship and natural environment. All this happens naturally during each session in order to allow everyone to progress while having fun.
